We have a programme for individuals and couples that has 5 levels: Awakening to Sacred Sexuality, Innocence, Standing in the Fire, Biting the Apple and Ecstasy. We also offer Speciality Workshops and Ying Yang days for men and women who wish to explore together.

Level 1: Awakening to Sacred Sexuality – this is a truly amazing weekend workshop for men & women who wish to consciously experience being in tantric energy. We invite playfulness & fantasy into traditional & spontaneous rituals & work with the energy body through movement, meditation & chakra healing. During the weekend vitality is generated, tensions & fears are released. We develop balanced energy circulation, so bringing healing & celebration into our love life.

Level 2: Innocence – this three day residential workshop is another step on the tantric journey of moving towards innocence, not as a childish model but a childlike innocence with the perspective of the adult. We will learn about the messages we have unconsciously carried since our childhood that restrict our expansion into pleasure and freedom, dissolving any negative imprints of past sexual experiences so that we can reconnect our sex with our heart and our heart with our spirit. “Innocence is born of fullness, guilt is born of emptiness.”

Level 3: Standing in the Fire – the focus of this three day workshop is the giving and receiving of the sacred healing rituals for both Shakti and Shiva.

Level 4: Biting the Apple – we continue the healing between Shakti and Shiva and experience being total in the giving and receiving of pleasure; noticing the limits to our expansion of sexual energy.

Level 5: Ecstasy – this advanced workshop is available to all women and men who have completed level 4 of our women’s and mixed programmes. During Ecstasy, we gain a direct experience and deeper understanding of the mystic union between Shakti and Shiva in their highest potential. We will have the opportunity to explore the subtlety and fineness of both male and female pleasure and meet each other in our divine essence. This workshop is open to same gender wishing to participate together and experienced Tantrikas.

Yin Yang Days – Yin Yang can be seen in terms of the ancient oriental concept of ‘Yin Yang’ symbols of the complimentary principals of negative/positive receptive/active female/male. The yang partner expresses wishes. The Yin partner fulfils those wishes. They then change roles back and forth.

What is learnt is to take responsibility for and expressing your desires including your wildest dreams being inventive, creative, challenging, generous, open, receptive, responsive, loving and playful.

This day will challenge your deepest inhibitions about deserving pleasure, asking for what you really want and your deep desires for wanting the very best for ourselves.

To be able to receive without having to reciprocate is rare. This structure game takes you to some of those rare moments. You can discover that giving yourself permission to ask for what you want is a gigantic step in your growth as a happy fulfilled mature human being.

From the yin perspective there is the learning that in the giving you can merge and become as one in a reciprocal energy exchange. The Yin Yang Day provies a safe environment, where you can look at boundaries, communication, intimacy and affection.  It is a drug and alcohol-free way to meet fascinating people in a relaxed setting, a laboratory in which you can experiment with what makes you feel alive, adventurous and safe.  Yin Yang is a place to reframe your assumptions about men and women and remember, you don’t have to do what you don’t want to do EVER.

A few guide lines:

• wear loose, comfortable clothes
• bring your tantric bundle (massage oil and sheet , lube and lungi)
• bring some food to share for lunch
• bring any clothing or adventurous props to help make your day exciting
• be as specific as you can in your requests
• be clear in your ‘yes’ and ‘no’ and ‘maybe’ (wait a sec    until I’m sure)
• you are encouraged to change your mind
• respect your relationship boundaries, communicate with your beloved
• come and get help if you feel unsafe, concerned or have any sort of  problem
• respect the space and others
• tidy up when you leave
• enjoy and learn about yourself

The Wild Side Speciality Workshops

This 3-day workshop is about bringing consciousness to our relationship models. We will be diving deeply into the different faces of sexuality to experience and increase awareness around the many aspects of ourselves. By putting on and playing with different expressions, we can deepen our understanding of how sexuality can be approached and enjoyed – satisfying our deep desire to live!

The Rose and The Thorn
Tantra meets BDSM (Bondage, discipline, domination, submission, sado – masochism)

One of the significant faces of sexuality is that of the exertion of power, either as the giver or the receiver, and the way this aspect for many is cloaked in fear and secrecy. This workshop brings the excitement and energy of the BDSM scene into the Tantra arena and aims to both educate you into techniques and to give you experiences of BDSM in both a safe and exciting way.

The workshop is open to singles and couples of all sexual orientations and involves experiential interplay.

Desire

“Desire is a sense of longing for a person or object, hoping for an outcome. The same sense is expressed by emotion such as ‘craving’ or ‘hankering’. When a person desires something or someone, their sense of longing is excited by the enjoyment or the thought of the item or person and they want to take action to obtain their goal.”

In some spiritual disciplines it is said that we must freely follow our desires with consciousness and this will eventually lead us to our true hearts desire, which is to become ‘one’ with all that is.

We step into relationship full of hopes and dreams for a togetherness and union that is loving, sexy and complete. In time, the excitement and aliveness that we intended ebbs away as the responsibilities of living take over and our differences as men and women can become a battleground.

In this workshop, we will explore and acknowledge our differences and weave these threads into a relationship of value, so that we come together in our greatness. We will acknowledge our natural yearnings for fun, passion and love. Using the teachings of tantra and our own experiences of relationship, we will be providing a weekend that is full of rich and beautiful opportunities to kindle the flame of desire and to connect as a couple.
